Community Management company
The HOA Board has found out from community members that there are some communication disconnects with First Service Residential.
Board Member, Jennifer, is reviewing opportunities and preparing a proposal for the Board so that we can correct and improve the communication flow from residents to FSR.

Unreasonable violations
The HOA Board has had residents escalate complaints regarding unreasonable violation timeframes.
Many of these seem to be a miscommunication from FSR.
As a Board, we are addressing every complaint.
Board Member, Jenny is also working with FSR leadership to identify opportunities for remediation.

Our Board is identifying opportunities for increased transparency.
Please keep in mind that there are some matters, information and personal information that cannot be released to the community due to state law and our community ByLaws.
The Board seeks to be transparent, but we have to do so within our legal boundaries.

Board Member, Jennifer, is working dilligently to review policies, procedures, contracts and opportunities for our Board to have a more effective way to work with our residents on managing the community.
