Board Elections
We have two Board positions and five candidates have submitted applications.
Our Board has been working with our First Service Residential managing company in order to ensure that the community gets original captions of the Board Candidate Applications, Mailers, Online Opportunities to Review Candidate Information, Third-Party Voting Site, and Meetings for Candidate Meet & Greets and later for the Voting.
Our Board seeks to give our community has much advance notice so that they can review and vote for those Board candidates who will best volunteer their time to address community concerns and ensure that we have a safe, clean and well-managed community.
-
Safety & MAINTENANCE
The Board prioritize inspecting and maintaining common areas such as pools, basin, and common areas.
This includes checking for wear and tear, ensuring safety equipment is functional, and addressing any necessary repairs to provide a safe environment for residents.
-
Basin
The HOA Board President, Adam Hailey, and other community members have donated thousands of hours which has resulted in significant progress in meeting City of Fort Worth Code Compliance.
Concern with Vegetation
According to the code compliance, Fort Worth requires the HOA Board to have all vegetation removed from the flow line. In that area, the compliance officer explained that everything below the top of the concrete drains is to be removed.
Concern with Wildlife
The City of Fort Worth prioritizes the human community members’ public safety first through the mitigation of risk of flooding, erosion, and potential contamination of water.
Our Board wants to ensure the number one safety of you and your family.
Our HOA President Adam and the rest of the HOA board are ensuring that we can keep the Parks at Willow Ridge clean, safe, and well-managed.
Primary Goal
The primary goal of removing vegetation from the flow line as per the City of Fort Worth code is to ensure that water flow is not impeded during and after storms. Trees, bushes, plants, etc. can clog the channel and increase risks and dangers associated with flooding and erosion.

Community Engagement
In response to community feedback and a shared desire for transparency, our HOA Board has been actively working to enhance communication and outreach.
Commitment to Transparency & Community Connection
The Board is a team of resident volunteers who live in and care deeply about this community, we are committed to keeping homeowners informed and engaged.
While our managing company, FirstService Residential (FSR), does not oversee our social media channels, the Board has taken steps to increase updates on platforms like Facebook. These posts include friendly reminders, event notices, and observations from around the community—all aimed at fostering a stronger connection between residents and the HOA.
