We’d like to kindly remind everyone that there is only one official HOA Facebook page. The link to The Parks at Willow Ridge Home Owner’s Association is: https://www.facebook.com/groups/811136177734838.
While other community-created pages exist to help neighbors connect, our official social media page is intended for friendly reminders, upcoming events, and community updates.
Please note that our HOA Board is made up of dedicated volunteers, and at this time, FirstService Residential does not manage our Facebook page, nor do Board members monitor it on a set schedule.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we do our best to keep multiple communication channels open and accessible. Our goal remains clear: transparency, open communication, and active community involvement.

Dispelling Rumors on Social Media Access
The HOA Board has seen posts on non-official social media pages where a few are saying that they are not allowed access to “The Parks at Willow Ridge Home Owner’s Association” Facebook Page. This is not true.
To join the Facebook “The Parks at Willow Ridge Home Owner’s Association” page, you will have to answer the questions. Those who skipped or refuse to answer the questions are asked to re-apply by answering the questions.
Although, Facebook was never intended to be an official path for addressing issues, it does bring community members together. So, the Board has decided to volunteer more time to posting community updates as it pertains to the HOA. There are several other Facebook and Social media pages dedicated to the community to be able to communicate with other members.
