Pool season is here!

We want to make sure you're all set to enjoy the amenities! To gain access to the association's pool, please ensure your assessment is paid in full or on an approved payment plan.

POOL SEASON:

  • May 2, 2025 - September 28, 2025

POOL HOURS:

  • 8:00 A.M. – 9:00 P.M. - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday

  • CLOSED (for maintenance) - Tuesday

  • 8:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M. - Friday and Saturday

  • After pool closing & on TUESDAYS, unauthorized access is considered trespassing

    This month (June), there was an incident where residents jumped the fence and then let others inside the pool.

    Due to past incidents where residents have attacked Board volunteers for addressing situations like these, the Board has agreed that it is in the best interested and for the safety of all involved for the Board to call the police when similar situations occur.

    Al, Board Member at Large, is working on a plan to prevent residents from accessing the pool after closing and during maintenance (Tuesdays).

  • Pool Access

    The Board used to have the First Service Residential Management company manage pool access; however, the Board found that there were people who did not live in the community or the country who were being given access.

    The Board is working on a remediation plan with First Service Residential to give residents access with a timely turnaround.

    In the meantime, our Board Security has given out his personal mobile number in an attempt to help residents get access as quickly as possible.

DOOR SWEEPS INSTALLED

June 2025, The Board approved the purchase and install of door sweeps on the bathroom doors at the swimming pool. Al installed them.

Adding door sweeps was a small, low-cost upgrade that could deliver meaningful results—and benefits all pool-goers throughout the season.

Some of the benefits include:

  • Improved Cleanliness because door sweeps block dirt, leaves, insects and debris from blowing into the bathrooms thus providing more hygienic spaces.

  • Pest Prevention because door sweeps helps keep out bugs, spiders, snakes, and even small critters helping to keep the bathrooms more sanitary and helps prevent unpleasant surprises.
