Pool season is here!

We want to make sure you're all set to enjoy the amenities! To gain access to the association's pool, please ensure your assessment is paid in full or on an approved payment plan.

POOL SEASON:

  • May - September

POOL HOURS:

  • 8:00 A.M. – 9:00 P.M. - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday

  • CLOSED (for maintenance) - Tuesday

  • 8:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M. - Friday and Saturday

  • After pool closing & on TUESDAYS, unauthorized access is considered trespassing

    In the month of June and July, there was an incident where residents jumped the fence and then let others inside the pool.

    Due to past incidents where residents have attacked Board volunteers for addressing situations like these, the Board has agreed that it is in the best interested and for the safety of all involved for the Board to call the police when similar situations occur.

  • Pool Access

    The Board used to have the First Service Residential Management company manage pool access; however, the Board found that there were people who did not live in the community or the country who were being given access.

    The Board is working on a remediation plan with First Service Residential to give residents access with a timely turnaround.
