ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE (ACC) - This committee reviews and advises on architectural modification requests per CC&Rs. CAPITAL PROJECTS STEERING - This committee manages and coordinates all community development initiatives across committees. GRANTS & FUNDING - This committee applies for funding, builds community support, and manages donations and sponsorships. GREEN SPACES - This committee oversees outdoor projects and sustainability spaces. EDUCATION & WELLNESS - This committee covers resident enrichment, youth engagement, and health/well-being programming. SOCIAL - This committee plans community events and fosters resident engagement. POOL - This committee oversees pool amenity safety and use. Any of the above main committees. I prefer one of the sub-committees. EVENTS - Plan and organize season and year-round community events. HOLIDAY LIGHTS - Manage festive lighting and decorations in common areas.
